My Counseling Approach

At Mindful Care Counseling Services we believe in a compassionate and personalized approach to therapy. Our goal is to create a safe and supportive environment where our clients can explore their thoughts and emotions. We are dedicated to providing individualized care that respects each person's unique experiences and challenges as well as cultures, backgrounds and beliefs.

We are committed to using evidence-based practices and staying up-to-date with the latest developments in the field of mental health. Our team of experienced clinicians is passionate about helping our clients achieve emotional well-being and personal growth. We strive to make a positive difference in the lives of those we serve.

​We usually work with a mix of Psychotherapy (Understanding the roots, the reasons why we feel the way we do) and CBT - Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, which focuses more on the "here and now". We work together in understanding your goals for therapy and we make a plan to help you achieve your goals and have a better quality of life.

I have also been trained in Brainspotting therapy, which is currently one of the most used approaches to treat trauma.
