About us
Hi! I’m Noelia - I'm so happy you’re here.
I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, originally from Argentina, where I completed my studies before moving to the U.S. more than ten years ago. I’m licensed in the state of Massachusetts and approved as an Out-of-State Provider by the Florida Department of Health.
Over the past 15 years, I’ve been on a journey of both professional and personal growth — learning from every client, culture, and experience along the way. As an immigrant, wife, and mom raising children in a different culture, I understand the challenges of change, identity, and belonging. These experiences have shaped not only who I am, but how I show up for others — with empathy, warmth, and curiosity.
I founded Mindful Care Counseling Services with one goal in mind: to create a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where people can feel seen, understood, and empowered to grow.
I also know how powerful it can be to express yourself in the language that feels most natural to you. That’s why I offer therapy in both English and Spanish, bringing not just bilingual communication but also a deep cultural understanding of the transitions and emotional challenges you might be facing

Meet the Team
Our Team of Dedicated Mental Health Professionals

Lhaira
Counselor - MA
I am a bilingual therapist (English & Spanish) and I am dedicated to provide a safe and supportive space where you can explore your emotions, navigate challenges, and reconnect with yourself. My approach is holistic, focusing on the whole person—mind, body, and spirit—to help you find balance and healing. With experience in crisis and risk management, I work closely with individuals facing anxiety, depression, and life transitions. I also offer after work and weekend -hours sessions to better fit your schedule, because I believe therapy should be accessible when you need it most.

Trigal
Counselor - MA
I am a pre-licensed mental health counselor who takes a collaborative, person-centered approach—honoring you as the expert of your own life. I draw from CBT and other evidence-based practices to help you find tools that support meaningful, lasting change. My style is warm and conversational, with a strong focus on cultural sensitivity and creating a space where you feel seen and empowered. As a first-generation Hispanic American woman and new mother, I understand the importance of identity, balance, and belonging.
I look forward to working with you.
